Under Profile > Edit there is a way to add it next to your birth details. The moment you save the time your chart is recalculated: your rising sign and house placements open up, and your compatibility scores update too. You can remove the birth time again from the same place.

The rising sign cannot be calculated without the exact time of birth and the coordinates of your birth place. Rather than invent a value, AstroHi keeps the section closed. Add your birth time and the rising sign and all twelve houses appear at once.

The daily notification is sent once a day at nine in the morning in your own time zone. If it doesn't arrive, check three things: whether AstroHi has permission under iPhone Settings > Notifications, whether your in-app notification preferences are on, and whether your quiet hours cover that time. The reading itself is always in the app, notification or not.

Tap “Restore purchases” on the Premium screen. A subscription belongs to an Apple ID, so you need to be signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with. If it still doesn't appear, write to [email protected].

The app shows you a few simple gestures and asks you to repeat them in a short capture. The point is to show that the photos on the profile really are yours; it is not an identity check. A failed capture does not use up an attempt. Verification media is deleted at the end of its retention period once the result is known.

AstroHi uses no fake profiles — everybody you see in Discover is a real account. That means fewer profiles early after launch and in less populated cities. Widening your distance and age range is the quickest fix.

Report and Block are always available from the menu at the top right of a profile and of a conversation. Someone you block cannot see you or reach you. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; offending content is removed and accounts can be closed.

Settings > Delete account. It takes effect immediately, your session ends and your profile stops being visible to other people. If you have a subscription you also need to cancel it on your iPhone under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; deleting the account does not cancel the subscription by itself.

AstroHi is available in English and Turkish and follows your iPhone's language setting. To change only AstroHi's language, use Settings > AstroHi > Language on your iPhone. Daily readings and interpretations are written in the language you pick.
